There are two translations for the word Polu. Without a kahakō placed over the U, Polu can be translated into english as "rare." With the addition of the kahakō, Polū can be translated as "blue." Thus, Polu Hawaii Properties can be translated as both "Rare Hawaii Properties" or "Blue Hawaii Properties." We take pride in the storied and rich culture of the Hawaiian people and are dedicated to honoring the history of Hawaii.

We specialize in property management services for private property owners, short term vacation rentals, agricultural land management, and medium/long term leases.
