James Gunn

James is a founding member and Managing Partner of Polu Hawaii Properties LLC. James began his career in technical maintenance of Canada's largest theme park, later moving on as the Director of Technology for a Toronto, Canada, based utility services contractor.

 

In December of 2023, James and Peter S Berezney joined to form Hawai’i's premiere real estate and property management company, Polu Hawaii Properties LLC. James oversees the business management, marketing, hospitality, and technical management of the business, in partnership with Peter S Berezney.
